Craig Brown has extensive experience in customer support and education. Currently serving on the Support Team at Balfes Bikes since March 2021, Craig previously worked as a Contact Center Agent at Evans Cycles from August 2014 to December 2020. Prior to that role, Craig contributed as a Teaching Assistant and House Co-ordinator at St Wilfrids Catholic School from April 2012 to July 2014.
