Yolanda Chang currently serves as the Store Director at Balenciaga since February 2022, following a series of progressive leadership roles within the retail industry. Prior experience includes positions as Area Manager and Store Manager at RIMOWA from March 2019 to February 2022, and Assistant Boutique Director at Tourneau from November 2017 to December 2018. Yolanda held the role of Assistant Boutique Manager at Christian Dior Couture between December 2015 and November 2017, and worked as a Department Manager at Miu Miu from March 2013 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Macy's from November 2009 to March 2013. Yolanda Chang holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
