Otávio Jacobi has worked in the tech industry since 2017. Otávio began as a Software Engineering Intern at SAP, followed by roles as a Software Engineer and Software Developer. In 2020, they were a Machine Learning Researcher Intern at Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique (LaBRI). In 2021, they held two roles: Senior Data Scientist at ADP and ML Software Engineer at SAP. Otávio is currently working as a Data Engineer at balena, starting in 2022.

Otávio Jacobi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2015 and 2021. Otávio then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science at ENSEIRB-MATMECA, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
