In addition, Hager is Director and Equity Partner at Agency Network Exchange (ANE) LLC, focusing on growth for independently-owned insurance agencies, and serves as President for both Preferred Property Program, Inc. and Preferred Property Risk Purchasing Group, Inc., where responsibilities include marketing and product development. Hager's early career included a role as Producer at Jacobson, Goldfarb & Scott, Inc., where Hager focused on insurance sales to privately held corporations.
