Dawn Farias currently serves as the Director of Colleague Experience & HR Partnerships at Baldwin Risk Partners, a role held since February 2022. Prior to this, Dawn Farias dedicated over two decades to Staples, holding various strategic HR roles including Senior Manager of HR Operations for Mergers & Acquisitions and Senior HR Business Partner. Responsibilities encompassed leading HR actions in mergers, workforce planning, and training strategy, significantly contributing to the company's success and operational efficiency. Dawn Farias also worked at the American Red Cross as Associate Director of Disaster Services from 1995 to 2001. Education includes a Master of Arts in Adult and Organizational Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Dayton.
