Denise Weaver has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Denise started their career in 1987 as an Area Manager at United Realty Management Corp., where they worked until 2010. In 2008, they joined Baldwin Real Estate Corporation as a Regional Manager, and later became the Vice President of Market Rate Housing. In their role as VP, Denise is responsible for managing client accounts, developing staff, and ensuring outstanding client service. Denise reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Denise Weaver attended the Institute of Real Estate Management from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Real Estate with a specialization in Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). In 2008, they enrolled in the LIHTC program to pursue studies in the Tax Credit Program, although the end year is not specified.
