Alex Maley is an experienced professional with a strong background in claims customer support and education. Currently serving as the Claims Customer Support Team Lead at Protective Insurance since August 2018, Alex has previously held multiple roles at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc., starting as Claims Customer Support Representative and progressing to Claims Customer Support Specialist. Responsibilities included initiating the claims process and liaising between customers and adjusters. Alex gained additional experience as a Commercial Liabilities Intern and has a history of working in educational environments, having served as a Substitute Teacher. Earlier roles included positions in retail and food service, where Alex demonstrated sales and customer service skills. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Purdue University.
