Billie Jo Underwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both public service and accountancy. Since November 2018, Billie Jo serves as the Commissioner for District 3 at the Baldwin County Commission, following a commitment to public service. Additionally, Billie Jo has been a partner at Giles Underwood and Wilson LLC since January 2017 and has maintained a long-standing role as a Certified Public Accountant at Norma Wilson Giles LLC since 1990. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from James H Faulkner State Community College, complemented by earlier education at Foley High School.
