Charles A. (Chad) Paul, III has a strong background in executive management and private equity investments. Charles A. (Chad) served as the CEO of Bald Head Island Limited, LLC, overseeing various development, transportation, and operating activities. Charles A. (Chad) was also the Managing Partner of Harbor Island Partners, LLC, where they directed the firm's private equity investments. Chad Paul has experience serving on the board of directors for First Carolina Bank and VantageSouth Bancshares, Inc. Additionally, they have held executive positions at Arnolt Partners, LLC, Salomon Brothers, Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Merrill Lynch & Co., specializing in investment banking.

Charles A. (Chad) Paul, III has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they earned from Harvard Business School from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Charles A.
