Cody Lovas is an experienced professional in facility operations and management, currently serving as General Manager at Balcones Recycling since September 2018. Previously, Cody held various roles at Break it Down, including Operations Manager/CMO and Chief Managerial Officer, where responsibilities included account management, sales, and marketing. Cody also gained experience as an Account Executive at Hawkscorp Consulting, Inc. and completed an internship at Northpark YMCA, focusing on multiple aspects of organizational operations. Educationally, Cody earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Southwestern University. Additional experience includes lifeguarding and sports announcing roles at Southwestern University and Northpark YMCA, as well as officiating youth sports at Clark Nowlin YMCA.
