Francis Whelan is an experienced project manager currently employed at Balco Group since July 2019, where roles have included Assistant Project Manager and Site Manager. Prior to this, Francis worked as an Estates Coordinator at Premier Estates Limited from July 2017 to July 2019 and served as Installation Coordinator at Prima Doors Ltd between January 2014 and July 2017. Education includes a Higher National Certificate in Construction from The University of Salford, obtained between September 2020 and May 2022, and prior studies at Aquinas College in Stockport from 2011 to 2013.
