Matt Quade has extensive experience in sales and business development across various sectors, currently serving as the Sales Director for Flavors, Encaps & Inclusions at Balchem Corporation since September 2017. Previous roles at Balchem Corporation include Sales Manager for Flavor Systems and Business Director for Agglomerated Systems & Specialty Ingredients. Prior to this, Matt Quade worked at IFP, Inc. as Business Director and Product Manager for Specialty Ingredients, and held positions at Cargill as Business Development Account Manager and Credit Risk Manager. Early career experience includes working as a Financial Banker at US Bank and Assistant Manager at Tradehome Shoes. Matt Quade holds a BS in Management and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA in Finance from Metro State University.
