In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications, including Medical Billing & Coding Fundamentals from the University of Phoenix in August 2021, ARCR: Single Billing Office Cash Posting and Credit Management from Epic in December 2019, and Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in August 2020.
