Javier Enrique Reales Zambrano is a highly experienced soccer coach with a proven track record in youth and women's football. Currently serving as the head coach for the Sub-15 Femenina team at Balboa Academy, Javier successfully led the team to the quarterfinals in the Copa Talento. At Función Norte, Javier manages the Sub-23 team and oversees the development of younger categories. Previous roles include head coach positions at Plaza Amador Femenina, where an unbeaten streak of ten matches was accomplished, and Panamá Norte F.C., where Javier achieved notable semifinal successes with the Sub-18 category. Additionally, Javier founded and directed a football training school, guiding players to professional leagues in Nicaragua.
