Adi Kuperman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and later became a Software Development Team Leader at the same organization. In 2011, Adi worked as a Java programmer at Bank Hapoalim before venturing into self-employment, specializing in application development for the Google Android operating system. From 2015 to 2019, Adi served as an R&D Manager at Buildup. They joined K Health in 2019, initially as a Team Lead Manager and later as an Engineering Manager. Adi then worked for a Stealth Mode Startup Company in 2021, followed by Themis-Tech (Stealth) where they held the position of Engineering Manager. Currently, Adi is employed as an Engineering Manager at Balance since January 2023.

Adi Kuperman completed a B.A in Management and Computer Science from The Open University - Israel, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. Before that, they attended Mamram in 2004-2005, focusing on Computer Programming.
