Peter Adelmann is a highly experienced professional in the field of decentralized electrification and renewable energy. As the Founder and Director of the id-eee Institute for Decentralized Electrification since June 2012, Peter has been instrumental in promoting sustainable energy solutions. Additionally, Peter is a founder and board member of multiple companies, including fothermo AG, Fosera, and BOS Balance of Storage Systems AG. As a Professor at Technische Hochschule Ulm, Peter focuses on supporting rural electrification initiatives in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at the SERIS Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore and CEO of Phocos AG, demonstrating a strong background in leadership and advisory capacities within the energy sector.
