Jaime Kuczkowski, CPA, serves as the Director of Finance at Hutton Parker Foundation since February 2016, where financial strategies are implemented to enhance philanthropic efforts. As a partner at Balance Financial Management since March 2010, Jaime collaborates with various organizations to deliver tailored financial solutions. Holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara since April 2021, Jaime achieved the first clean audit in 25 years and transitioned finances to a paperless system. Additionally, as Chief Financial Officer at Family Service Agency of Santa Barbara since April 2012, Jaime managed financial functions amidst a merger while overseeing federal grant management. Past roles include Controller at West Coast Asset Management and Accounting Manager at Davies Public Affairs. Jaime obtained a Professional Certificate in Professional Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and holds a BA in Communication from the same institution.
