Enrique Delgadillo has extensive leadership experience, serving as President and CEO of BALANCE since October 1992, a role complemented by previous positions as Interim President and CEO and Senior Vice President of Counseling and Client Care. Prior to joining BALANCE, Enrique Delgadillo served as a Personnel Specialist in the United States Air Force from September 1982 to September 1992, gaining valuable experience in personnel management and support.
