Michelle Doole, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Bal Seal Engineering since December 2018. Previously, Michelle held the position of Human Resources Director at Mikron Automation and managed human resources at Diversified Machine Systems and Envision Radiology. At DePuy Synthes Companies, Michelle began as a Human Resources Specialist before advancing to Sr Payroll/HRIS Assistant, providing extensive HR support for over 800 employees and leading high-volume recruitment efforts. Michelle's early career included bookkeeping for the Girl Scouts Wagon Wheel Council. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University and an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Parks Junior College.
