Scott Weiser is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and European legal practices. Currently, Scott serves as a Partner and the European Practice Team Leader at BakerHostetler, a position held since 2007. Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Scott worked at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from 2000 to 2007, where Scott held the titles of Partner and Associate. Additionally, from March 2005 to November 2006, Scott contributed as Assistant Secretary for the New York City Bar Association's Task Force on the Lawyer’s Role in Corporate Governance, playing a key role in drafting the significant 2006 report on the subject. Scott holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
