Janet Spreen is a seasoned legal professional with substantial expertise in securities law and corporate governance. Since June 2004, Janet has served as a Partner and Securities & Corporate Governance Practice Team Leader at Baker Hostetler, advising corporate clients on various matters including mergers and acquisitions and securities law. This role involves extensive transactional experience with initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, tender offers, and private placements among other transactions. Prior to this position, Janet accumulated valuable experience as an Associate at Hale and Dorr LLP from October 1999 to May 2004. Janet holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from The Ohio State University.
