Doug Greene serves as the Leader of the Securities and Governance Litigation Team at Baker & Hostetler LLP since January 2018. Prior to this role, Doug held the position of Shareholder while chairing the Securities Litigation Group at Lane Powell PC from May 2012 to January 2018. Doug's extensive legal career includes partnership roles at K&L Gates, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Perkins Coie LLP. Academically, Doug earned a J.D. with High Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from St. Olaf College.
