Tenia Clayton is an Associate Attorney at Baker Donelson since January 2021, with previous experience as a fellow in the Administrative Procedures Division at the Tennessee Secretary of State from September 2019 to May 2020. Tenia has also served as a Research Assistant at Belmont University College of Law, a Summer Associate at Bass, Berry & Sims and Baker Donelson, and a Law Clerk at Thompson Burton. Additional experience includes an internship with the Federal Public Defender and participation in service initiatives as an AmeriCorps Member at Impact America. Tenia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Health Law from Belmont University College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Health from Emory University. High school education was completed at Davidson Academy, earning a Math Honors Diploma.
