Celso plays an instrumental role in supporting all members of the firm by focusing on various day-to-day tasks as an Operations Associate. He believes that a strong process is the key element to ensure the overall performance and development of the firm.

Celso grew up in South Florida with family roots in Brazil and Portugal. From South Florida, he moved to Los Angeles and is now settled in the Bay Area because culture and diversity is important in his life. Celso has 10 strong years as a professional in business operations, design and client experience. He also completed two EdTech cohorts in Data Analysis and Front-End Web Development.
