Kade Sparling has extensive work experience with Baker Triangle. Kade started as an intern in 2010 and later became a Plaster Estimator from May 2011 to April 2012. From April 2012 to March 2017, they served as a Project Manager, where they managed various projects including Legacy Texas Bank, CVS locations, St. Francis Hospital, and several educational institutions. In March 2017, they were promoted to Senior Project Manager until February 2020. Currently, Kade holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Baker Triangle, starting in February 2020.

Kade Sparling attended Texas State University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Construction Science & Management. Kade focused on the field of study of Construction Science & Management during their time at the university.
