Jennifer Lamb, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Organization Development at Baker & Taylor since September 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer spent over three years as People Operations Partner at Baker & Taylor Publisher Services, responsible for managing a team and overseeing the talent lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions. Jennifer's career includes significant experience as Human Resources Manager at Johns Manville, where oversight was provided for multi-site HR functions across three states, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Western, a Scott Fetzer Company, focusing on employee relations and various HR administrative tasks. Additional roles include Lead Benefits Specialist at Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and Human Resources Specialist at Talbert House. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate of Applied Science in Law Enforcement from The University of Toledo.
