Josh Powell is a dedicated professional with a strong background in commercial services management and real estate. Currently holding the position of Commercial Services Manager at Baker Roofing Company since November 2022, Josh also co-owns Powell Properties Sav, LLC, which specializes in short and long-term rentals, including co-hosting services. Prior experience includes roles as an Estimator at RoofCrafters Roofing and Construction Estimator at Low Tide Piping, LLC, as well as a Sales Consultant at Advantage Medical, focusing on orthopedic spine and regenerative medicine. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University, following earlier studies at East Georgia State College.
