Bob Croak is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax advisory services, particularly within the cleantech, life sciences, technology, and manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors. Currently serving as Tax Principal at Baker Newman Noyes since September 2013, Bob specializes in corporate tax planning, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, international tax, and transfer pricing. Previous roles include Director of Global Tax at Bruker Corporation and Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, among others, where Bob provided tax services to various industries. Bob holds a Master of Taxation from Bentley University and a BSBA in Accounting from Suffolk University.
