Carolyn Brindle is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in HR management and partnership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Austin General Contracting, Inc. since May 2022, Carolyn previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Aggregate Industries US from August 2017 to May 2022 and at Chattem Chemicals, Inc. from December 2015 to June 2017. Carolyn's career in human resources began at Southern Tool Steel, where the role of HR Manager was held from July 2007 to December 2015. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 2002 and 2005. Further education was pursued at Ball State University - Miller College of Business.
