Brad Giddens has over two decades of work experience in manufacturing and operations management. Brad currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Bakelite Synthetics since June 2022. Previously, Brad worked as the Manufacturing Director at Bakelite Synthetics from May 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Bakelite Synthetics, Brad served as the Site Leader at Hexion Inc. from April 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all operations, developing customer and community relationships, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Prior to that, at Hexion Inc., Brad held the positions of Director of Operations from July 2017 to August 2019 and Site Leader from November 2007 to June 2017.

Earlier in their career, Brad worked at Ecolab as a Production Manager from 2002 to 2007. In this role, they managed a large manufacturing budget and implemented Six Sigma and Lean processes to improve efficiency. Brad began their career as a Chemist at Textile Rubber and Chemical Company from 1995 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving productivity, and optimizing manufacturing operations.

Brad Giddens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Georgia from 1991 to 1995. Brad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 1999 to 2001.
