Rachel Shattler Chiang is an experienced social media and content manager currently employed at Bake More Pies, where responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies for social media campaigns, website content, and SEO updates. Prior roles include account coordinator, managing client initiatives and communication, and a member of Ad 2 Tampa Bay. Rachel also gained experience as a media intern at Think Agency, focusing on content strategy and social media management, and served as an attractions operator at The Dollywood Company. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Florida State University, completed in May 2019, and graduated from Lake Placid High School in 2015.
