Ruslan Mammadov is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT Enterprise App Platform Operations Sub-Unit at Azerconnect LLC since January 2016. Previously, Ruslan held a similar position as the Head of Enterprise App Platform Operations Sub-Unit at Bakcell since December 2011, where responsibilities included designing, developing, and implementing value-added services (VAS), integrating various solutions with core network systems, and ensuring timely content delivery. Ruslan holds bachelor's degrees in information systems and information security from Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, and in mathematics and informatics from Azerbaijan International University.
