Sean Kelly has extensive work experience in the sales industry. Sean started their career at Ewing Sports as the Head of Team Sales, where they significantly increased sales by cultivating business relationships and implementing strategic promotional campaigns. Sean then joined Costa Sunglasses as a Territory Sales Representative, and quickly progressed to become the Northeast Sales Manager, overseeing the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic business units and securing key wins with national chains and global retailers. Sean later served as the Eastern Sales Manager, supervising a 45-person team and implementing region-specific sales strategies. Sean then joined HUK as the Director of Sales, where they rebuilt the sales force and implemented processes and best practices to scale. Currently, Sean is the Vice President of Sales at BAJIO Sunglasses.

Sean Kelly completed their education at Plymouth State University from 1995 to 1999, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Athletic Training. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they attended the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Global Leadership- International Business.
