Premchand Devarakonda is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Electronics - Electronics Mart India Ltd. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Premchand held the position of Director and Head of Internal Audit at S&T Group of Companies from September 2007 to October 2019, and served as Manager - Internal Audit at Coromandel Fertilizers Limited from October 2006 to September 2007. Premchand also co-founded Manoj & Prem Associates, Chartered Accountants, working as a Partner from March 1994 to October 2006. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India obtained in 2004, a Chartered Accountancy degree from the same institute earned between 1989 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from BVK College, Visakhapatnam from 1986 to 1989. Early education was completed at St. Anthony's High School, Visakhapatnam, where the SSC was obtained in 1983.
