Nikhil Bharadwaj currently serves as Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, a position held since July 2006, where responsibilities include enhancing brand visibility through media engagement and advising senior management on communication strategies. Previous roles at Bajaj Allianz include Vertical Head of Web Sales, National Coordinator for Retail Bancassurance, and Regional Sales Manager for Bancassurance in Maharashtra and Goa. Nikhil began the career as a Management Trainee with a focus on call center setup following a summer internship at P&O Nedlloyd in e-commerce and marketing. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing and ERP from the Institute of Management Development and Research, an MDP from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in Digital and Social Media, and completion of the Bajaj Finserv Leadership DNA program at the Indian School of Business.
