Nikesh Srivastava is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in data science and machine learning, currently serving as the Chief Analytics Officer at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since July 2023. Previously, Nikesh held the position of Head of Data Science at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where significant contributions included the establishment of big data practices and the development of advanced fraud detection applications. With roles at ZS as Manager of Advanced Data Science and Walmart Global Tech India as Staff Data Scientist, Nikesh has led high-performing teams and delivered innovative analytics solutions across various sectors such as retail and healthcare. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at EY and consulting positions at Hewlett-Packard, iLabs, and the Indian School of Business, contributing to impactful data-driven projects and research initiatives. Nikesh holds a ME in Internet Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a B-Tech in Manufacturing Engineering from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology Ranchi.
