Ankit Goenka is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Ankit was the Head of Operations at IndiaIdeas.com Limited, overseeing a team managing various payment gateway services from August 2016 to December 2018. Ankit's extensive experience at GE Capital from September 2003 to August 2016 included roles such as AVP & Head Corporate Customer Management, Senior Manager for New Accounts & Underwriting, Manager of Operations, and Manager for Remittances Processing & Reconciliation.
