Abhijeet Shejwal currently serves as a Senior Territory Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life since July 2021, leading a team while implementing innovative strategies to achieve targeted goals and recognizing team performance on a monthly basis. Prior to this role, Abhijeet held the position of Assistant Business Manager at OYO from April 2019 to August 2021 and served as a Housekeeping Specialist at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from February 2015 to July 2018. Earlier in the career, Abhijeet was a Housekeeping Supervisor at Club Mahindra Varca Resort Goa from January 2012 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Institute of Hotel and Restaurant Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in HMCTT and proficiency in STCW and Crowd Management from NAMAC. Additionally, Abhijeet has completed safety studies under STCW at NAMAK.
