Previously, Juliana held various roles within the Marriott International organization, including Brazil Market Sales Coordinator, Extended Stay Sales Coordinator, and Sales Assistant, where expertise in administrative support, performance analysis, and client relations was developed. Juliana's early experience included internships at Renaissance Hotels and Marriott Executive Apartments, focusing on sales and operations. Juliana holds a Pós-Graduação in Market Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Hotel Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
