Tanvee Patankar is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company since June 2022 and has held leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania, including serving as Co-President of Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Consulting. Tanvee has a strong background in strategic planning and programming, having overseen projects aimed at enhancing inclusivity for various organizations. Previous experience includes a Merchandise Planning and Allocation Intern role at Bath & Body Works and an internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Tanvee also actively contributed to student organizations during academic years, such as serving as KIVA Club President and founding the TED-Ed Club at Stevenson High School. Tanvee obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from The Wharton School.
