Monica Castaneda Garcia holds an extensive background in management and finance, currently serving as an Associate Partner and previously as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company, a Quarterback Fellow at Quarterback Impact in 2016, and an Associate in Investment Banking Management and Strategy at Goldman Sachs, following the position of Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at the same firm. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and OPIM from The Wharton School, earned in 2012. Additionally, Monica served as a Teaching Assistant and Mentor at the Wharton Operations Department.
