Merritt Robinson is a seasoned design and innovation professional currently serving as Partner and Global Head of Design at Bain & Company since July 2021. Previous roles included Vice President positions leading design initiatives in a global and regional capacity. Prior experience at Prophet saw Merritt advance from Associate Partner to Senior Innovation Director, focusing on branding, experience design, and business growth across a diverse client portfolio. An early career included strategy and design roles at prominent companies such as Continuum and Dow Corning Corporation. Merritt holds a Master's in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
