Melissa Burke is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and change management at Bain & Company since October 2006, currently serving as Global Executive Vice President of the Transformation & Change Practice. Previous roles at Bain & Company include Global Vice President and Global Manager of the Results Delivery Practice, as well as Manager and Consultant. Melissa Burke also gained early experience as a Financial Intern at Mothers Work, Inc. and served as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company prior to the current tenure.
