Adwoa O. B. is an experienced program analyst currently employed at the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) since February 2020. Previously, Adwoa served as an analyst contractor with the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General from September 2018 to January 2020. Adwoa's early career includes roles such as outreach and engagement intern at the University of Maryland Alumni Association and undergraduate research fellow at the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets. Additionally, Adwoa worked as a research assistant at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, and interned at the U.S. Department of State and the Federal Trade Commission. Adwoa holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland and has participated in prestigious fellowship programs, including the Public Policy & International Affairs Fellowship Program at Princeton University and the Public Policy and Leadership Conference at Harvard Kennedy School.
