Jenn Draper brings extensive experience in event planning and management, currently serving as Chief Book Babe at HEA Book Boutique LLC, a niche bookstore focused on the romance genre since May 2023. Jenn also works as an Event Planner for the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, where responsibilities include organizing large community events. Previous roles include Communications & Special Events Director and Director of Advancement at Tanager, and Executive Director & Events Manager at Hawkeye Downs Speedway & Event Center, where Jenn oversaw strategic direction and operations. Jenn's foundational experience includes planning community events at the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance and grant coordination at the Area Substance Abuse Council. An educational background in Psychology was obtained from the University of Northern Iowa.
