Kieran Condon has significant experience in compensation and human resources, having held various leadership roles in multiple organizations. At Bain Capital, Kieran currently serves as Vice President, Compensation. Previously, Kieran worked at Franklin Templeton as Director, Compensation Partner, and at Putnam Investments, where Kieran held the positions of Director and Senior Manager, Compensation, as well as Senior Compensation Consultant. Additionally, Kieran contributed to Canada Life Assurance Company, initially as a Compensations and Benefits Specialist, followed by roles as Policy and Benefits Adviser UK and Senior HR Project Specialist.
