Hannah Parker is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of HR and Talent at Bain Capital since April 2019, Hannah also held the position of HR Director for Bain Capital Private Equity in Europe. Prior to this role, Hannah was Head of Human Resources and People Development at Cardano from July 2017 to March 2019. Hannah's career at McKinsey & Company spanned 15 years, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Professional Development and Consultant HR, with earlier positions including Manager of Professional Development and Consultant HR, among others. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and a 2:1 degree in Modern History, Economic History, and Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
