Sean Faden started their work experience as an Art Director at Kahler Friendt in 1991. In 1993, they joined Bailey Lauerman, where they held the position of VP/Creative Director. Most recently, they have been the Head of Creative Operations at Bailey Lauerman since January 2023.

Sean Faden completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in July 2020.
