Jewel Dunn has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Jewel started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Daytop Village Inc. in 1988 and worked there until 2004. In 2009, they joined SeniorBridge as a Human Resources Generalist before moving on to Bailey House, Inc. in 2012. At Bailey House, they served in various roles including Director of Human Resources/Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President, and Vice President for Human Resources, Compliance, and Administrative Services. Jewel also assumed additional responsibilities for ombudsman and oversight of support services. In 2019, they joined Housing Works as the Vice President for Human Resources.

Jewel Dunn holds an MA in Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY), which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued higher education at Penn State University from 2004 to 2007, working towards an EdD in Education Policy. In 2011, Jewel attained their PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - SHRM.
