Tieryaa Metcalf is an accomplished educator and consultant with extensive experience in teaching, instructional coaching, and educational leadership. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Shorter College and an ELA Instructional Coach at Bailey Education Group, LLC, Tieryaa focuses on enhancing student outcomes through data-driven instructional strategies. As the CEO of Metcalf Educational Consulting Group and 3C-ARE Tutorials, Tieryaa supports educational leaders and provides tailored learning programs for students of all ages. Previous roles include Teacher Effectiveness Coach at TNTP and ELA Instructional Facilitator for Pulaski County Special School District, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving curriculum and assessment practices.
